1. Who We Are

Meducation Services Professional Corporation ("Meducation," "we," "us," or "our") is a licensed paralegal practice operating in Ontario, providing representation in Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) matters, Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal (WSIAT) proceedings, and Canada Pension Plan Disability (CPPD) matters. Our principal, Paul Sacco, is licensed by the Law Society of Ontario (LSO License #P00894) to provide legal services within the scope permitted to paralegals under the Law Society Act.

Our practice is limited to matters within the permitted scope of paralegal practice in Ontario, specifically:

We do not provide services in employment law, human rights (HRTO), personal injury litigation, or any matter outside this scope. If your matter falls outside our scope, we may decline representation or refer you elsewhere; this website does not guarantee that any inquiry will result in representation.

4. No Trust Account

Meducation Services Professional Corporation does not operate a trust account. We do not accept or hold client funds in trust. Fee arrangements, retainer terms, and payment structure are addressed directly and in writing with each client once a retainer is confirmed, and are not established through this website.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

Every matter is decided on its own facts and evidence. Nothing on this website, including case examples, testimonials, or general descriptions of our services, should be interpreted as a promise, guarantee, or prediction of a particular outcome in any claim, appeal, or reconsideration. Past results do not guarantee future results.

6. Advertising Compliance

8. Client Communication Protocol

For active clients: all communication regarding your claim, appeal, or file should go through our office. Clients are asked not to contact WSIB, WSIAT, your employer, or any tribunal directly while represented, as this can affect the file's outcome. This website does not alter that protocol; it applies once you are a retained client, per your retainer agreement.

9. Website Content — Accuracy and Currency

WSIB policy, WSIAT practice directions, and CPPD requirements change over time. While we make reasonable efforts to keep website content current, we do not warrant that all information on this site reflects the most recent policy, legislation, or tribunal practice. Where accuracy matters to your matter, contact our office directly rather than relying solely on website content.
